Veganuary Ireland

The 30-day plant-based pledge. Ireland's biggest vegan month — restaurants, brands and supermarkets all join the campaign with dedicated menus, deals and product launches. This hub is your one-stop guide.

What is Veganuary?

Veganuary is a non-profit campaign that asks people to try a vegan diet for the whole of January. Founded in the UK in 2014, it has grown into the world's largest vegan campaign — roughly 30 million people signed up globally in the 2025 cycle, with Irish participation growing every year since 2018.

You sign up free at veganuary.com and receive a 31-day email guide with recipes, shopping lists and motivation. Most Irish supermarkets and chains run Veganuary deals.
