Chain menu guide
Subway is one of the most vegan-friendly fast-food chains in Ireland. Two fully-vegan signature subs (TLC and Plant Patty), plus any Veggie Delite can be made vegan by skipping cheese and mayo.
Ask for Italian or 9-grain bread, the vegan patty of your choice, any salad, and skip the cheese and mayo. Default sauces — sweet chilli, sweet onion, BBQ, yellow mustard, oil & vinegar — are vegan.

Honey Oat bread contains honey (not vegan). Standard Veggie Patty is vegetarian only. Most cookies contain dairy — the only consistently vegan dessert is fruit. Avoid Chipotle Southwest, Honey Mustard and Garlic Aioli sauces (contain dairy/egg).
